1. Who is ABC International Exports?

Yes, we ship worldwide via air freight, sea freight, courier services, and multimodal logistics through trusted international logistics partners.

3. What kind of products do you export?

We export a wide variety of products across multiple categories including (but not limited to): industrial goods, textiles, handicrafts, machinery, consumer goods, raw materials, and custom-manufactured items. Product availability depends on sourcing feasibility and export regulations.

4. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ varies depending on the product category, customization level, and manufacturing process. Some items may have very low MOQs, while bulk industrial products require higher volumes. Please contact us with your product requirement to receive exact MOQ details.

5. How can I place an order?

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept: Bank Wire Transfer (SWIFT / TT) Letter of Credit (LC) for large orders (subject to approval) RTGS/NEFT/UPI for Indian buyers All bank and transfer charges must be borne by the buyer.

7. What are your payment terms?

Our standard payment structure is: 50% advance before production 50% before dispatch Different terms may apply for large or repeat buyers based on mutual agreement.

8. In which currency do you accept payments?

Payments can be accepted in USD, INR, EUR, AED, or any mutually agreed international currency.

9. How long does it take to dispatch my order?

Processing and dispatch time depends on: Product type Quantity Customization Raw material availability Generally, dispatch takes 3–14 business days after advance payment confirmation. Bulk and custom orders may take longer.

10. How long does shipping take?

Shipping time depends on: Destination country Mode of transport (air/sea/courier) Customs clearance speed Estimated delivery timelines are always shared but remain approximate and non-guaranteed due to international logistics variables.

11. Who pays for customs duty and import taxes?

All import duties, VAT, GST, port charges, inspection fees, demurrage, and destination taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. ABC International Exports is not responsible for any charges imposed by the buyer’s country.

12. Do you provide export documentation?

Yes, we provide standard export documents such as: Commercial Invoice Packing List Bill of Lading / Airway Bill Certificate of Origin (if required) Additional documents may be arranged upon buyer request and cost.

13. Do you offer product inspection before shipment?

Yes, pre-dispatch inspection photos or videos can be shared upon request. Third-party inspection can also be arranged at the buyer’s cost.

14. Is insurance included in shipment?

Insurance is optional and must be requested specifically by the buyer. If shipment is dispatched without insurance, ABC International Exports will not be liable for transit loss or damage.

15. When does risk transfer to the buyer?

Unless agreed otherwise under Incoterms (FOB/CIF/CNF), risk transfers to the buyer once goods are handed over to the shipping carrier.

16. Can I cancel my order?

Once production, sourcing, or processing has started, cancellation is not allowed. Advance payments are generally non-refundable.

17. What is your refund policy?

Payments are non-refundable after order confirmation, except in rare cases where ABC International Exports is unable to fulfill the order for internal reasons.

18. What if goods are damaged during transit?

If insurance was taken, the buyer must claim directly from the insurance company. If not insured, ABC International Exports is not responsible for transit damage.

19. Do you guarantee product quality?

We follow standard export-grade quality control procedures. However, minor variations in color, size, finish, or batch are normal in bulk trade and do not qualify as defects.

20. How can I raise a quality complaint?

Any quality claim must be raised within 48–72 hours of delivery with proper photo/video proof. Claims without evidence or raised after the timeline may not be accepted.

21. What if my country blocks the product at customs?

The buyer is solely responsible for verifying import regulations, restrictions, certifications, and compliance in their destination country. We are not responsible for customs rejection, seizure, or delay due to regulatory issues.

22. Do you work with government tenders or large institutions?

Yes, we work with private companies, wholesalers, distributors, project buyers, and government contractors subject to feasibility and documentation verification.

23. Do you sign NDAs and contracts?

Yes, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), supply contracts, and formal agreements can be signed upon request for large projects.

24. Is my business information safe with you?

Yes. All client data is handled under strict confidentiality as per our Privacy Policy and is never sold to third parties.

25. Which law governs transactions with ABC International Exports?

All transactions, disputes, and legal matters are governed under Indian Law with exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
