These Terms govern the use of abcexports.in and all commercial transactions. By browsing, interacting or placing an order, the buyer is deemed to have accepted the following conditions.

4.1 Website & Product Usage Rights

• Images and descriptions are representational and may differ slightly due to batch variations.
• Price quotations are time‑bound and may change without notice based on raw‑material fluctuation and market conditions.

4.2 Order, Confirmation & Cancellation Rules

• Orders are processed only after advance payment or written credit approval.
• Buyer must verify specifications, product suitability, import requirements and compliance before confirming order.
• Cancellation requests after production commencement are not eligible for refund.
• If buyer delays payment or documentation, dispatch dates may shift without liability on abcexports.in.

4.3 Risk, Responsibility & Claim Handling

• Goods become buyer’s responsibility once handed over to a shipping carrier, unless otherwise agreed under Incoterms.
• Quality claims must be supported with proof (images/video/unpacking record) within 48–72 hours of delivery.
• Resolution method (replacement, partial credit, price negotiation) remains subject to discretion of abcexports.in.

4.4 Limitation of Liability

• No compensation shall exceed invoice value under any circumstances.
• We are not liable for indirect damages, business loss, resale loss or freight‑delay losses.
• Jurisdiction of all disputes remains exclusive to Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

4.5 Term Modification Rights

• abcexports.in reserves the right to update policies without mandatory individual notification. Continued website use equals acceptance of new terms.
