Shipping Policy

At abcexports.in, we specialize in global export shipping and ensure that every consignment is handled with care, accuracy, and proper documentation. Our objective is to dispatch goods in a timely manner and ensure delivery through trusted and verified logistics networks. However, due to the nature of international trade, external factors beyond our control may occasionally affect transit and delivery schedules.

Order Processing Time

  • Standard preparation window ranges from 3–14 business days, depending on product type, order volume, availability of raw materials, and packaging requirements.
  • Customized, bulk, or made‑to‑order consignments may require additional processing time. Estimated timelines will be communicated during order confirmation.
  • Production or packaging begins only after payment verification and confirmation.

Global Shipping Coverage & Modes of Dispatch

  • We ship to all major international ports and airports through Air Cargo, Sea Freight (FCL/LCL), or Multi‑Modal Logistics.
  • Shipments are primarily governed by ICC Incoterms® 2020. Default terms are EXW or FOB unless otherwise specified in the Proforma Invoice (CIF/CFR/DAP).

Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery schedules differ by destination, freight mode, customs regulations and clearance speed.
  • Estimated transit windows will be provided; however these are approximate and non‑binding.
  • Delays caused by customs, port handling, documentation audits or external authorities are beyond the control of abcexports.in.

Customs, Duties & Regulatory Fees

  • All import duties, VAT/GST at destination, warehousing charges, inspection/testing fees, port demurrage, and regulatory levies are the sole responsibility of the buyer/importer.
  • abcexports.in will not be liable for delays or additional costs arising due to destination‑country compliance.

Packaging & Dispatch Verification

  • Products are packaged using export‑grade materials suitable for long‑distance transit.
  • Pre‑dispatch inspection images/videos, weight logs and carton/pallet details can be shared upon request.

Tracking & Ownership Transfer

  • Tracking or Bill of Lading/airway bill details will be provided once the shipment is booked.
  • Risk and ownership transfer to the buyer once the cargo is handed over to the shipping carrier unless agreed otherwise under FOB/CIF/CNF terms.

Loss, Damage & Insurance Policy

  • Marine insurance (ICC-A/B/C) can be arranged on buyer's request at an additional cost. For CIF/CIP shipments, insurance is typically included limited to 110% of CIF value.
  • Claims must be raised directly with the shipping partner or insurance provider unless governed under a written 'Full Liability' contract.
